Cre8ing constantly strives to improve and discover new programs. The evolution of real-time rendering offered us the perfect opportunity to explore this technology further. And what’s the best way to learn and test a new program? Exactly, by challenging yourself with a project you can’t avoid. We came up with a new concept for Rollerschool Brasschaat.

For many years, Cre8ing has supported RSB in creating the visual spectacles the roller skating club is known for. Specifically, Cre8ing proposed designing four 3D worlds that would serve as backgrounds for their next show, aiming to create more unity in what appears behind the skaters. At the same time, an idea was developing for a small device, 'Little Fish,' more about which will be revealed later.

This concept was presented to the team of leaders, asking them to write a short story set in four different worlds, with 'Little Fish' playing an important role. Three proposals were submitted, and the story that gained the most support was 'Soulart,' created by Yentl, Jade, and Larisa. Little Fish was renamed Hoku, the main character became Elia, and supporting roles were given to her stuffed animals.

Although the story wasn’t immediately finished, RSB and the entire team, with joint efforts, once again managed to create something beautiful. All the ingredients for a good story were present: passion, determination, and dedication to making dreams come true.
