For Ter Heyde, we developed a complete WebInteract Experience in which 3D visualization, unit information, and sales support come together in one interactive digital environment.
Visitors navigate intuitively through the project, select available units, and automatically discover linked information such as surface areas, floor plans, pricing, and detailed specifications. Visualization and data are directly connected, ensuring there is no discrepancy between imagery and sales information.
The units and texts are dynamically linked to a central Excel structure. Through a secure login environment, prices, availability, and content can be easily updated without technical intervention. This makes the system flexible, scalable, and always up to date.
